Contact lists

Get your call list ready. Format the CSV and pass the right details into each conversation.

The first row holds the column names. One column must contain the phone number, named phone, phone_number, number, mobile or tel. A name, full_name or first_name column becomes the contact's name.

Every other column becomes a variable for that contact's call.

Numbers are converted to E.164 where possible. Rows without a usable number are skipped.
A number already in the campaign is skipped, so you can upload more rows without duplicates.
A list can be up to about 2 MB of CSV.
