#Export

Under Settings → Business, export everything your business holds as one JSON file: settings, assistants, calls with transcripts, contacts, appointments, messages and texts. Recordings are downloaded per call from the call page.

#Delete

• Delete business (owner only) removes every call, recording, contact, booking and setting, and the AI stops answering. It can't be undone, so export first.
• Delete my account removes your login. Businesses that only you belong to are deleted with it; businesses shared with a team stay with the team.
