Scheduling and retries

Call at the right time. Set campaign hours, concurrent calls and retry rules.

concurrency1 to 20default 2: How many calls run at once. It can't exceed your plan's limit.

retry_minutes5 to 1440default 60: How long to wait before trying again after no answer, busy or a failed call.

A contact is called when it is pending or its retry time has come, inside the window, while fewer than concurrency calls are live and your plan still has minutes. Outside the window the campaign waits and carries on at the next opening.
