Detect answering machines on outbound calls.

Left as a voicemail when a machine answers. Supports variables.

When detection is on and a machine answers:

• With a voicemail message, the assistant leaves it and hangs up.
• Without one, the call hangs up straight away.

Either way the outcome and end reason are voicemail. In a campaign the contact is marked voicemail. For reminders, the reminder text has already gone out, so nothing is lost.
