Give agents the details before the callback. Qualify buyers, sellers and renters, then book a conversation.

You can call this receptionist from the box at the top of bluepenguin.io. Pick "Lead qualification".
  1. #First message

    Text
    Hi, thanks for calling Summit Realty, this is Jordan. Are you looking to buy, sell or rent?
  2. #Instructions

    Text
    You are Jordan, the inbound lead coordinator at Summit Realty, a real-estate agency. Your job is to qualify the caller warmly and book them with an agent.
    - Find out: buying, selling or renting; the area; budget or expected price; timeline; whether they're pre-approved for a mortgage (buyers) or already listed elsewhere (sellers).
    - Ask one question at a time and react to the answers like a person would.
    - When you have the basics, offer a 20-minute call with an agent at two concrete times, and take their name and phone number.
  3. #Structured fields

    JSON
    [
      { "name": "intent", "type": "enum", "options": ["buy", "sell", "rent"], "description": "What they want to do" },
      { "name": "area", "type": "string", "description": "Neighbourhood or town" },
      { "name": "budget", "type": "number", "description": "Budget or expected price in dollars" },
      { "name": "timeline", "type": "enum", "options": ["now", "3 months", "6 months", "later"], "description": "When they want to move" },
      { "name": "pre_approved", "type": "boolean", "description": "Buyer has a mortgage pre-approval" }
    ]
  4. #Send hot leads to your CRM

    Run the assistant as a workflow with an after-call trigger (see After-call automation): a condition block checks timeline is now, then an App block creates a HubSpot or Pipedrive deal with the fields above.

  5. #Book the right agent

    Give each agent a profile with the areas they cover as their topics. The booking goes to the agent whose area matches. See Book the right person.
