Text inbox
Keep the whole text conversation in view. Read and reply from one inbox shared by your team.
Texts to your BluePenguin numbers land under SMS inbox, grouped into one thread per contact. Reply from the dashboard and the text goes out from your number. The contact is created or updated automatically.
#What the AI sends

Every text sent from your numbers appears in the thread with who sent it (you, the AI or a reminder) and whether it was delivered.
Note
Texts need a number from BluePenguin. Numbers on your own PBX can't send texts.
